INTRODUCING OUR 2023 SPRING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM!

Prepare with Purpose. Prepare with Passion. Train for your Best Season Ever!

From world class instruction, you will be learning from some of the most sought after coaches in the game.

From mechanics, to the mental side of hitting, to pitch selection, to situational hitting to hitting off-speed you will learn how to maximize your strengths, improve weaknesses and be the best hitter you can be. Goals will be mapped out for each athlete during an initial “hitting interview” and progress will be charted.

Here’s how it work:

Each day you will hit with our World Class instructors.

After the camp, you will only need a small sPomsportse either in your basement, garage or outdoors. A batting tee and some balls is all you need.You will be challenged and pushed with top instructors.

Each class will be 40 minutes of non-stop training and instruction!
★2023 Spring Development Program

✔ Mar 15 – Conditioning, Infield, Outfield, Pitching, Hitting, Catching, Running

During the winter months you have an opportunity to push the boundaries of your game and make huge improvements.

The 2023 baseball season will be an important one for you! Get the most out of your ability and have your best season ever.

Our Off-Season Training will begin Nov. 1 and will end at the end of February. Stay motivated, be around other top players and learn from our World class team of Player Development instructors!

★Pitching Development

✔ One on one meeting with Pomsports pitching Coordinator to map out goals/plan

✔ “Ramp-up” class – strength, core and flexibility

✔ Pitching Mechanics – refine and repeat – including video analysis

✔ Pitch grips – grips/release point reviewed and taught.

★Position Player

✔ One on one meeting with Pomsports position player coordinator to map out goals/plan.

✔ Pomsports Flex – Strength, mobility, flexibility and core

✔ Hitting – refine and improve mechanics – including video analysis

✔ Power Pomsports – utilize core, hips, lower half to fullest to drive baseball

✔ Speed Pomsports – work on first step, running mechanics and explosion

★2-Way Player Pomsports

✔ One on one meeting with Pomsports pitching and position player coordinator to map out goals/plan.

Pitching
